How our service works:

Our Luciana Rose Couture subscription service offers you gorgeous and exclusive jewelry pieces every month straight to your door. For only $38 a month, you will receive pieces made of the finest materials such as pure sterling silver, high quality pearls, emeralds and more.

How does billing work?

We bill you monthly on the date of sign up. So, for example, if you signed up for the subscription on January 1, you will be billed on the 1st of every month.

What happens if Lulu Rose is unable to bill me successfully?

If we are not able to bill you successfully on our first try, we will email you and continue trying to process the payment method on file. At any time, you can call us to cancel if you wish to!

When does my first box arrive?

Here at Lulu Rose, we want our customers to receive our products quickly so, your first box will be shipped to you 3-5 days after you place your subscription!

When will I receive my box?

This is a monthly subscription, so you will receive your piece around the same time every month – which means that you will get it 3-5 days after the new month is charged to your account.

What happens if I receive broken jewelry?

If for any reason your monthly piece gets damaged or broken on its way to you, we will more than happy to issue you a replacement. You can contact us at the information listed below.

What happens if I receive duplicate jewelry?

We try our very best not to make mistakes in your orders, but everybody makes mistakes! If for any reason, you ever receive jewelry that you have already received, please do not hesitate to reach out to us so we can issue you a replacement for that month. And that extra piece of jewelry that you received? That’s for you to keep!

What is the cancellation policy?

We would hate to see you go! But if you decide that our subscription is not for you in any way, you are more than welcome to cancel your subscription. Please just make sure that you cancel before the next month is charged to your account.

How do I cancel my account?

If you would like to cancel, please feel free to shoot us an email, or give us a call to our customer service line and we will cancel your subscription for you.

How do I get a refund?

We do not issue refunds for any jewelry that you receive from our subscription service.
